Self Help
We focus on changes compared to the healthy state and we are looking for unusual, striking symptoms. For example, if someone is constantly thirsty, we only consider it a symptom if they are not usually a thirsty person when healthy. Observe external signs and symptoms (paleness or flushing, trembling, sweating, etc.), check for any discharge (pus, foul-smelling, white, etc.), and note what improves or worsens the condition (fresh air, sound, light, hugs).
